Welcome to FindCreators Africa. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Use of the Platform

FindCreators Africa is a discovery platform connecting African creators with brands and opportunities.

You agree to:

Provide accurate information

Use the platform lawfully

Do not engage in fraudulent or harmful activities

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining your account

You must not share your login details

We may suspend accounts that violate our terms

3. Creator Profiles

Creators are responsible for:

The accuracy of their profiles

The content they upload

Ensuring they have rights to all shared content

4. Brand Engagements

We do not guarantee job placements or deals

Agreements between creators and brands are independent of us

We are not responsible for disputes between users

5. Payments, Fees, and Commissions

By using FindCreators Africa, you agree to the following fee structure:

Commission: A 10% commission will be charged on successful transactions between creators and brands facilitated through the platform.

Transaction Fee: A 5% transaction fee applies to payments processed on the platform.

Withdrawal Fee: A flat fee of $1.00 will be charged on all withdrawals.

Maximum Deposit: Users may not deposit more than $500,000.00 at any given time.

We reserve the right to update fees at any time with prior notice.

6. Proposals and Connects

Each proposal submitted by a creator will reduce their available connects by 1.

Connects may be required to apply for opportunities on the platform.

7. Job Approval

Jobs posted on the platform may be automatically approved upon submission.

We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove any job listing that violates our policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and design belong to FindCreators Africa unless otherwise stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Loss of data

Business losses

Platform downtime

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion if terms are violated.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of updates.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
